The Prettiest girl in Poland

After completing the previous Hendrix portrait, i started on this portrait of my best friend Ola. It's the second time I've done a successful portrait of a female. Now due to her soft and light skin, i had to use a 4H and 2H to make a soft texture in combination with the use of a tortillion. To darken the skin I use soft touches of H, HB and B pencils, lighting it with a kneedable eraser. The shirt was then done with 4B, however it wasn't dark enough, so i touched it up with a 7B pencil. Her lips were done with a combination of 2H, H, HB, B, 2B, 4B and 7B. Erasing small bits and coming in with a 4H and 2H to put on the faint lines on the round parts of the bottom lip. A small beauty spot was added to the top left corner of her lip. I made small mistake when making the spot using a 4B, so i partially erased it and use a H pencil to soften it and the using a torillion to fade it into the skin. Her hair was a combination of 4H, 2H, H, HB, B, 2B, 3B, 4B and 7B. Light strokes and dark strokes of the various grades helped make it smooth. A tortillion was use to smooth out the stranges in or to give a smooth looking direction of the strands.
Her eyes were done a 2H, H, F, 2B and 4B, pupil was done with a F, 4B and 7B pencils. The iris was done with 2H, H and HB pencils. Eye lashes were completed using an F, 2B and 7B pencil. Her chest and neck were a various use of 4H, 2H, HB, B, 2B and 3B. Use of the torillion was heavy here in order to give a smooth skin texture.
